• All room rates are net quote in Thai Baht, inclusive of tax and service charge.
• A minimum of 5 nights consecutive stay is required for any reservation between 28 Dec 08 - 05 Jan 09 with no check out allowed on Dec 30th and 31st, and Compulsory Gala Dinner New Years Eve on Dec 31st.

Child Policy :

• There is no charge for children under 12 years sharing the same room as their  parents (limited to a maximum 1 child per room, unless otherwise stated). without extra bed. Additional breakfast will be charge as per contract meal rate.

• 2 for 1 with minimum 5 paying nights stay, no maximum free night. (e.g. 5+1, 5+2, 5+3, 5+4, 5+5, 6+6... etc.)
• Compulsory charge on free night
• Compulsory ABF of Adult THB 540.-/ Chils 320 per person.
• Free nights can only be taken where complete stay falls within the free night period shown.
