Q : What are my benefits as an Affiliate Partner?
A : As a member of our Affiliate Program, you gain access to more than 2500 hotels and resorts across Thailand available via our website. This enables you to offer discount hotels at competitive rate and quickly start earning revenue from bookings.
Q : Can I be your affiliate without a website?
A : Unfortunately, you must have a website before you sign up as our iDO24 Affiliate Partner. There are many FREE friendly sites out there that could help you build your websites in just a few minutes. Redirecting a URL that has no website is strictly prohibited.
Q : What are the commission rates payable to affiliates? When will I get paid?
A : A commission start up of 50% from margin of ido24.com (after COS/TAX) is paid out as commission on a monthly basis to affiliates with a comprehensive online summary available. Partners will be paid the month following the guest's departure from the hotel. Partners will be sent payment by wire transfer by the 10th of the month. If the Affiliate Partners requests payment by International Money Transfer, they will be liable for bank charged levied on this transaction. This charge will be deducted on the amount paid. Minimum payment amount is set at USD100.
Q : How do I track my sales?
A : We offer online reports at www.ido24.com that are updated real time. These reports provide an array of information, including ongoing activities and transactions concerning your earned commission.
Q : If I want to change my username and password, what should I do?
A : If you wish, you have change your password by logging in your affiliate account in “Personal Info”. In case you can not remember your password, please use our “Forget your password” function on ido24.com to retrieve your password.
Q : If I have never got any response after signing up with our Affiliate Program, what should I do next?
A : If you do not receive any email from own "Affiliate Program"
